Nikita Zigura

The Berlin based Ukrainian artist, Mykyta Zigura, known as Nikita, creates sculptures, installations, and art objects.

In his work he skillfully blends classical traditions and modern trends in art, constantly experimenting with form and material. Currently Nikita is working on cast acrylic sculptures. These are polychrome sculptures that use the latest technology in synthesis with classical techniques. The generalized shapes of the work are accentuated by a polished surface creating extraordinary depth and richness of colour.
