Albert Espona is an artist who combines different digital creation techniques, such as programming, video or design software. His work is inspired by science and nature and explores the formal possibilities of light and movement through light boxes, video projections or digital art printed on different media. He studied at the Massana school in Barcelona, where he obtained a degree in graphic design. He has worked as a graphic designer and has created illustrations for the newspapers Avui and La Vanguardia, and for publishers such as La Galera. In 2003, he founded his own design studio. He currently works as a visual artist and has presented his work in group and individual exhibitions.
