Annalù Boeretto
Boeretto is an artist with an ever expanding imagination. Nature is inextricably at the core of her artistic practice. The watery landscape surrounding her, the river she lives next to runs through her choices of material and themes. The desire to tame principally glass and resin result in what appears to be fluid, free flowing water sculptures suspended in time.
Boeretto graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice in 1999, setting in motion a long career as an artist. She lives and works in her native Venice, and has exhibited extensively in Italy since 2001 when she showed at the Venice Biennale and again in 2011.
Boeretto’s installations have also captivated international audiences from LA to Florida and Hong Kong. Her work features in multiple private and public collections, notably that of theNational Gallery Singapore.
