Villa del Arte Joins Forces with Museu de Montserrat and Museu Morera for Setmana de l’Art in Catalunya
Villa del Arte is proud to announce its participation in the Setmana de l’Art festival in Catalunya as a member of the prestigious Galeries d’Art de Catalunya association. This year, as part of the festival’s unique initiative Visites Inesperades, Villa del Arte was selected to lend exceptional pieces from its collection to two renowned museums, offering a fresh dialogue between contemporary art and the rich permanent collections of these cultural institutions.
Albert Espona’s artwork will be exhibited at Museu de Montserrat, with an official inauguration on 28 November 2024 at 12:00 h. This remarkable piece will remain on display until 12 January 2025.
Lukas Ulmi’s artwork will be featured at Museu Morera, with its unveiling scheduled for 3 December 2024 at 18:00 h. Visitors can enjoy this unique addition to the museum’s collection until 12 January 2025.
This exchange celebrates artistic innovation and cultural dialogue, creating a bridge between museums and galleries while highlighting the vibrant creativity of contemporary artists. Visitors are invited to explore these unexpected encounters that enrich both the spaces and their collections.
